Use of Course Materials Policy

Opening this package continues your agreement to comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply, and to use these materials in compliance with copyright law. Driver Ed in a Box® is copyright protected. Each Driver Ed in a Box® package is a course for the use of ONE student only. A separate course must be purchased for each individual student. Additional students in the same household will receive a substantial repeat customer discount.

Certain licensing arrangements may be made for use by schools and groups. To arrange for such special licensing, you must contact Driver Ed in a

Box, LLC and agree in writing to the terms of the licensing arrangement.

Refund Policy

NO REFUND unless you call for approval prior to returning package.

Full refund minus $35 restocking fee if returned within thirty (30) days provided all materials for the course, including, but not limited to DVD, Audio disk, all books and other materials are returned in “new condition.” New condition

means there are no marks or bent corners on or in printed materials, seals on media disks are unbroken, and there is not any visible evidence that the materials were used. Any items missing or returned in less than new condition will be

deducted from refund.

NO REFUND if any disks (DVD, or Audio CDs) have been opened.

NO REFUND AFTER THRITY (30) DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

After 30 days from date of purchase, replacement/exchange for defective materials only.

 Reschedule Policy – none. Not applicable. Passing Policy – 70% on Final. If the student score is below 70%, Driver Ed in a Box contacts the student for re-testing.
